1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 77vd platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus programs, and associated benefits offered by 77vd.

By creating an account on 77vd or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, 77vd reserves the right to close the account at any time and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure platform security and prevent fraud, 77vd may request identity verification at any time. This process may involve a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77vd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Each transaction must use an account registered in your own name.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus must meet the set wagering requirements before withdrawal. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on games approved on the platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable.
• 77vd reserves the right to cancel any bonus and modify terms and conditions at any time.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended.

5 VIP Program

77vd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's activity and participation on the platform. 77vd reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77vd:

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering with false information or another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating bonuses or promotional offers.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using third-party software.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Misconduct or harassment toward platform staff.

7 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

11.2 Suspension by 77vd

77vd may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Activity that poses a threat to platform security.

We review all complaints impartially. Where a member's complaint is found to be reasonable, a prompt resolution is sought. However, in any dispute, 77vd's final decision is considered binding.
